§ 869.99 PENALTY.

(a) Violations of this chapter shall be misdemeanor offenses punishable by fine or imprisonment, as provided in Chapter 698 of the Codified Ordinances of the city.

(b) Each day that a sexually oriented business or adult motel operates in violation of this chapter is a separate offense or violation
