§ 858.05 OPEN DUMPS DECLARED NUISANCE.

Garbage or other waste materials dumped, deposited or burned in the open are hereby declared to be a nuisance, and any person responsible shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalties prescribed in § 858.99.
