§ 836.01 LANDSCAPE CONTRACTOR DEFINED.

   As used in this chapter, LANDSCAPE CONTRACTOR means a person who, on industrial, commercial or residential property in the city, engages in the business of any of the following:

   (a)   Regrading land;

   (b)   Installing topsoil and mulch;

   (c)   Planting lawns, shrubs and trees;

   (d)   Installing walkways of stone, brick or slag;

   (e)   Mowing lawns and trimming bushes and trees;

   (f)   Raking leaves; or

   (g)   Replanting trees and bushes.
