(a) The Chief Building Official is authorized and directed to promulgate such forms, rules and regulations as are necessary for the efficient administration of this chapter.
(b) Appeals from any determination made by the Police Chief, Fire Chief or Chief Building Official pursuant to this chapter, or requests for variances from the terms of this chapter, may be taken to the Board of Zoning Appeals in the manner provided in §§ 1290.04 and 1294.01 of these Codified Ordinances.
