A. Town Tax Code: That certain document known as THE TOWN TAX CODE OF THE TOWN OF SNOWFLAKE, ARIZONA, three (3) copies of which are on file in the office of the town clerk, which document was made a public record by resolution 140, is hereby referenced to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this chapter, the provisions thereof to become effective September 1, 1987.
B. Repeal: The repeal of sections 8-2 and 8-3 of the 1986 town code, effective as of September 1, 1987, does not affect the rights and duties that matured or penalties that were incurred, and proceedings that were begun before the effective date of the repeal. (Ord. 80, 7-8-1987, eff. 9-1-1987)
