Within five (5) days, excluding weekends and legal holidays, an applicant for a permit or permittee may appeal to the Town Manager from the refusal of the Finance Department to issue a permit under this Chapter or from the revocation of any permit granted in accordance with this Chapter. The Town Manager may designate a hearing officer to hear the appeal. (Ord. 129, 2-25-1997)
