3-1-9: REFUSAL TO ISSUE; AUTHORITY:
The Finance Department shall have the power to refuse to issue a business and/or temporary use permit if the person applying for the permit fails to comply with any of the requirements of this Chapter. (Ord. 129, 2-25-1997)
