6-4-5: REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION:

Nothing in this chapter is or shall be construed as prohibiting a person with a disability from using a motorized mobility device on a trail, sidewalk, or other walking path owned, operated, and/or maintained by the town including, but not limited to, those trails, sidewalks, or other walking paths owned, operated, and/or maintained by the Town of Snowflake.
