14-1-5: CONFLICT WITH OTHER ORDINANCES:

This chapter shall not repeal, annul, or in any way impair or remove the necessity of compliance with any other rule, regulation, bylaw, permit, or provision of law including county, state, or federal ordinances or statutes or the common law of the state of Arizona and the United States. This chapter imposes a higher standard for the promotion and protection of health, safety, and welfare for the people of the town of Snowflake. The provisions of this chapter as they relate to health, safety and welfare shall prevail. (Ord. 08-310, 6-24-2008)
