14-1-4: VALIDITY AND SEVERABILITY:
Should any section or provision of this chapter be declared by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such decisions shall not invalidate any section not expressly subject to the decision of the court and to this end the provisions of this chapter are hereby declared to be severable.
