11-6-2: LOT SCHEDULES:
   A.   Streets: The minimum improvement for subdivision streets as required by this schedule are hereby established when included in the proposed subdivision design. Additional measures may be required as directed by the Town Council.
   B.   Curbs and Gutters: Different types of curbs, gutters or combination of the two (2) may be required to accommodate drainage issues. If any modification is made to the typical detail outlined in the MAG specification manual (detail #220) approval must be obtained by the town engineer or the public works director.
   C.   Waiver: In the event the requirement for pavement, curbs and gutters is waived by the planning and zoning commission and the town council, streets shall be installed to a width and of a material as approved by the public works director.
