At the time the final map is filed in the office of the Town Clerk, as provided in Section 11-4-8 of this Title, it shall be accompanied by the evidence of title, which shall be in the form of a certificate of title, a preliminary title report or a policy of title insurance issued by a title company authorized by the laws of the State to write the same, showing the names of persons having any interest and any record title interest in the land to be subdivided, together with the nature of their respective interests therein.
