11-3-13: REFILING FOLLOWING DISAPPROVAL:
In the event that a tentative map is disapproved by the Planning and Zoning Commission, a new tentative map of the same area or portion thereof may be filed within six (6) months of the date of disapproval. A refiling after six (6) months shall be treated as a new submission. (1986 Code § 13-4-14)
