Upon filing a tentative map, the subdivider shall immediately place a conspicuous stake and flag at each corner, angle point to curve point of the property proposed to be subdivided. Said stake shall extend at least three feet (3') above the ground, except where the corner is on a roadway. (1986 Code § 13-4-9; 1997 Code)
