A. Owner: It is unlawful for the owner of any dangerous building to fail to comply with any notice or order to repair, vacate or demolish said building given by any person authorized by this Chapter to give such notice or order.
B. Occupant; Lessee: It is unlawful for the occupant or lessee in possession to fail to comply with any notice to vacate and to fail to repair said building in accordance with any notice given as provided for in this Chapter.
C. Notice Removal: It is unlawful for any person to remove the notice provided for in subsection 9-2-3A7 of this Chapter. (1986 Code § 7-4-6)
