7-1-11: USE CONTRARY TO REGULATIONS; PERMIT REQUIRED:
Any individual or group who wishes to use parks in a manner contrary to this Chapter must obtain a park use permit from the Town Manager or other person designated by the Town Council. (1986 Code § 11-1-8)
