No person shall at any time drive or ride on any automobile, truck, motorcycle, motor scooter or other motor vehicle upon the grounds of any Town park, playground, ball field or golf course, except in public streets running through such premises or within designated parking areas located upon such premises, without the written permission of the Town Manager or such other person as the Town Council may designate.
