7-1-2: PRESENCE IN PARKS:

A. Hours Authorized: It is unlawful for any person to be upon or remain upon any Town park, ball field or golf course between eleven o'clock (11:00) P.M. and dawn of each day. (1986 Code § 11-1-1; 1997 Code)

B. Exception: Any authorized Town employee or such other person as authorized in writing by the Chief of Police shall be excepted from subsection A of this Section. (1986 Code § 11-1-1)
