6-3-7: ADJACENT TO PARKS:
No person shall park a vehicle or allow a vehicle to remain parked on any public road or alley adjacent to or abutting any town park during the hours between twelve o'clock (12:00) midnight and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. The police may remove any vehicle in violation at the expense of the owner. (1986 Code § 12-3-8)
