6-2-1: DIRECTING TRAFFIC; AUTHORITY:
   A.   Police: The police are hereby authorized to direct all traffic by voice, hand or signal.
   B.   Fire Department: Officers of the fire department may direct or assist the police in directing traffic. (1986 Code § 12-2-1; amd. 1997 Code)
