5-5-15: FALSE ALARM PREVENTION PROGRAMS:
   A.   All fines collected pursuant to the provisions of this chapter shall be directed to the police department for expenditure on false alarm prevention programs, as established by the chief of police. (Ord. 01-200, 9-18-2001)
