5-5-11: PENALTY FOR FALSE ALARM:
   A.   A false alarm is a civil infraction, and the alarm system user shall be penalized by a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00) for the second false alarm responded to by the police department within a calendar year and for each false alarm responded to thereafter within the same calendar year. (Ord. 01-200, 9-18-2001)
