It is unlawful for any person within the limits of the town to blast or use powder, display fireworks as defined by Arizona Revised Statutes 36-1601 et seq., or other explosives without a written permit from the fire chief. The preceding sentence is not meant to regulate in any way permissible consumer fireworks as defined by Arizona Revised Statutes 36-1601 et seq. (Ord. 10-330, 12-14-2010)
