§ 93.45 CUTTING OF WEEDS WHERE OWNER IS ECONOMICALLY AND PHYSICALLY UNABLE.
   No charge shall be made or certified for the cutting of weeds in June and August for any property owner making request for such cutting or authorizing same upon request by the village, if the Council shall by motion determine that such owner of lots or lands is economically and physically unable to provide for the cutting of such weeds.
