§ 50.70 BOARD OF APPEALS.
   (A)   (1)   There is hereby established a Board of Appeals consisting of the Mayor, the Solicitor, the Chairperson of the Council Committee on Utilities.
      (2)   If no Council Committee on Utilities exists, the President of Council shall appoint the third member of the Board.
   (B)   (1)   Any person adversely affected by a decision or order of the Board of Public Affairs under this ordinance shall have the right to appeal from such decision or order to the Board of Appeals by filing a notice of appeal in writing with the Mayor within ten days of the date the decision or order appealed from was made.
      (2)   Within five days after receipt of the appeal, the Board shall set the time and place for a hearing.
      (3)   In its decision, the Board may reverse, modify, or affirm the decision or order appealed from.
