§ 155.023 RECREATIONAL VEHICLES.
   (A)   Definitions. All definitions shall be as provided in R.C. § 4501.01.
   (B)   All recreational vehicles stored or parked within the Village of Smithville shall be in accordance with the following regulations:
      (l)   No recreational vehicle shall be used for living or sleeping when parked or stored on a residential lot for more than five (5) days within a calendar month.
      (2)   No more than two recreational vehicles are permitted to be located on a residential lot outside of a fully enclosed building.
      (3)   Recreational vehicles, parked or stored, shall not be connected to water and sewer other than for maintenance purposes.
      (4)   All recreational vehicles shall be wholly parked in a parking area or driveway, not a yard, in a manner so as to not obstruct the view of traffic. Driveways and/or parking areas must be constructed of an improved surface and shall be maintained in a good state of repair. This paragraph shall not apply to recreational vehicles that are located on a residential lot for five days or less within a calendar month.
      (5)   This section does not apply during times of emergency due to acts of nature, as determined by the Mayor.
