§ 152.072 SIDEWALKS.

The Planning Commission may require additional sidewalks as it deems necessary to provide for the safety of pedestrians in walking to schools or similar major destinations. Concrete sidewalks shall be constructed in conformance with the current Village of Smithville Construction and Material Specifications and Standard Construction Drawings. All sidewalks must meet ADA standards. All sidewalks shall be installed prior to acceptance of final plat.
