Prior to the granting of final plat approval, the subdivider shall have designed, furnished, and installed or shall have furnished adequate bond or surety to guarantee the installation of the improvements required in this subchapter. All of the required improvements shall be made in full compliance with the specifications for each of the various units of work, as required by the governmental authority having jurisdiction.
