§ 152.050 GENERAL.

In addition to the Village of Smithville Construction and Material Specifications and Standard Construction Drawings and such other requirements of the Village of Smithville as might apply, the standards set forth in this subchapter shall govern the design of subdivisions platted pursuant to this chapter.
