§ 115.08 USE OF DRILLING-IN-GATE.
   Any person drilling a well within the village shall, when within 50 feet of any gas or oil bearing formation which is to be tested for gas or oil, install ready for use in its drilling operations a drilling-in control gate which shall be so constructed and installed as to cut off effectually the flow of gas at the top of the well. The drilling-in-control gate shall be so constructed and installed that it can be operated at a point at least 25 feet from the well hole.
