(A) No person shall dress tools used in the drilling operation between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. on any day.
(B) No person shall use any engines in the drilling operation unless the same shall be equipped with a muffler which is in good working condition and in use at all times.
(C) No person shall conduct or carry on any drilling operation or part thereof on Sunday, provided that the provisions of this division shall not apply during an emergency.
(D) For the purposes of subsection (c) hereof, an emergency shall be deemed to exist only in the event that caving of the sides of the well hole is occurring at such a rate that the drilling cannot be stopped or that fishing operations then being conducted are at such point that they cannot be stopped.
