(A) The bond required by this chapter shall be conditioned upon the faithful performance of the following:
(1) The applicant shall use and leave all drivepipe in the well as required in this chapter;
(2) The applicant shall use a drilling-in-control gate as required in this chapter;
(3) The applicant shall upon abandonment and plugging of the well, if it is a dry hole, mark the same as required n this chapter; and
(4) The applicant shall, in shooting the well or handling or using explosives upon the premises, observe the requirements of this chapter.
(B) The bond shall continue in force until such time as the Mayor shall have executed a release of the bond. The Mayor shall, upon request, execute and deliver to the holder of the permit a release of the bond at the time that the well, if a producing well, becomes an equipped and operating well and, if the same is a non-producing well, then at such time as the same shall have been abandoned, plugged and marked. However, the Mayor shall not execute any release of the bond in the event that any of the provisions thereof have been violated or any of the conditions have not been fully performed.
