§ 98.06 NEW INSTALLATIONS.

When any new underground storage tank installation is made for the purpose of storing fuel at a retail sales outlet for the fuel, all fill sites for the tank or tanks shall be not less than 20 feet from the nearest point at which the delivery system or systems for the retail sales are located.
