§ 98.04 NOTICE FOR REMOVAL.

In the event a tank covered by this subchapter shall at any time become defective and not be immediately repaired, the same shall be repaired and removed within ten days after notice from the village or the village shall have the right to proceed with such repairs or removal in the same manner as set forth in § 98.02.
