Any tank located within the village and used for the storage of gasoline or for the storage of any other dangerous substance, including any substance which could be or become flammable or explosive or which could place potentially dangerous pollutants in surface or underground waters if leakage or leaching should occur, shall be removed within 90 days after the same ceases to be used.
