§ 82.02 TIME LIMIT ON PARKING A VEHICLE ON PUBLIC PROPERTY.
   No person shall park a vehicle on any street, alley or other public property in excess of 48 consecutive hours. Due notice to move such vehicle shall be given to the owner if the owner’s identity can be reasonably ascertained. If not moved within a reasonable time, any police officer may move the vehicle or have it moved, and any expenses incurred in moving the vehicle shall be assessed against the owner of the vehicle.
