(A) It is hereby authorized that tap fees are as follows:
(1) Water tap: $1,600.
(2) Sewer tap: $2,600.
(B) The ordinance and tap fee schedule set forth herein shall take effect 10-22-2003, provided the same has been previously published as required by law, and shall apply to all tap and building permit applications filed on or after such date.
