§ 38.05 FEDERAL EQUITABLE SHARING FUND.
   (A)   The Clerk-Treasurer of the village shall establish a special revenue fund to be known as the Federal Equitable Sharing Fund. Funds are hereby authorized to be received and appropriated.
   (B)   This Council finds and declares that all formal actions concerning and relating to the adoption of this section occurred in an open meeting of the Council in compliance with law.
