1-3-1: OFFICIAL CITY SEAL:

All contracts to which the City is a party shall be sealed with the City Seal. Said seal shall be kept in the custody of the City Clerk and affixed by him. The official City Seal shall be a circular disc having engraved thereupon "City of Sleepy Eye" and such other words, figures or emblems as the Council may, by resolution, designate. (1988 Code § 2.02)
