4-1-1: PROHIBITED:
All burning of leaves, vegetative fuels, structures and refuse is prohibited within the City at all times and in all seasons. Burn barrels, even if approved by the Department of Natural Resources, may not be used in the City. (Ord. 28, 2nd Series, 7-6-1995)
