A. Qualifications Of Applicant: No tree service license shall be granted to any person unless he can adequately demonstrate that he possesses the necessary skill, knowledge and ability to scientifically perform the service, and that he owns or has under his control sufficient equipment to safely and properly perform the service.
B. Insurance Required: No license shall issue until the applicant has filed with the City Clerk a policy or certificate of public liability insurance for coverage concurrent with the license term with limits of at least fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00) for injury to one person, one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) for each occurrence, and ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00) for property damage.
