All money of the department shall be paid to the City Clerk and held by the City Treasurer as a part of the funds of the City, and the commission shall as often as practical transfer therefrom into the General Fund of the City:
A. Six percent (6%) of the gross annual receipts from supplying electricity, for electric franchise; and
B. Any surplus money, as the commission sees fit. (Ord. 88, 2nd Series, 2-13-2007)
