A. No plat, replat, subdivision or division of an existing parcel of land within the City shall be filed or accepted for filing by the Brown County Recorder unless it is accompanied by a certified copy of a resolution adopted by the Council approving such plat, re-plat, subdivision or division.
B. The provisions of this section shall apply to all lands currently within the City, or such additional areas as the City may assert or acquire jurisdiction over in the future. (1988 Code § 2.73)
