9-4-12: MINIMUM HEATING CAPABILITY AND MAINTENANCE:

In every dwelling unit or rooming unit when the control of the supplied heat is the responsibility of a person other than an occupant, a temperature of at least sixty eight degrees Fahrenheit (68°F) shall be maintained three feet (3') above the floor. (Ord. 83, 2nd Series, 3-14-2006)
