The Water Well Construction Code adopted by the Minnesota State Board of Health is hereby adopted by reference as though set forth verbatim herein. One copy of said Code shall be marked City of Sleepy Eye - Official Copy and kept on file in the Office of the City Clerk and open to inspection and use by the public. It is unlawful to construct any private water well except in accordance with said Code. (1988 Code § 4.10)
