8-6-1: PRIVATE SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEMS:
It is unlawful to construct, reconstruct or maintain any private sewage disposal system which is not in full compliance with the Individual Sewage Treatment Standards of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. (1988 Code § 4.10)
