A. Expenditures: The sewer service charge system will be used to effect all expenditures incurred for annual operation, maintenance, and replacement and for debt service on capital expenditure incurred in constructing the wastewater treatment works, and a proportionate share of the cost of operation, and deposited in the Sewer Service Fund.
B. Administration Of Fund: The Sewer Service Fund will be administered in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. (1988 Code § 3.41)
