It is unlawful for any person to park, be in or remain in, or leave any vehicle in any park between the hours of ten o'clock (10:00) P.M. and seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. of the day following; provided, however, that this section shall not apply to those vehicles or persons involved in organized activities which are authorized by permit issued by the City to remain in a park, or to persons equipped with camping vehicles or tents in designated areas; provided, that such camping shall be limited to a maximum of seven (7) days.
