6-2-16: PARKING ON PRIVATE PROPERTY WITHOUT CONSENT:
It is a misdemeanor to park or abandon a motor vehicle on the property of another, or upon an area developed as an off-street parking facility, without the consent of the owner, lessee or person in charge of any such property or facility. (1988 Code § 9.16)
