The City Council shall determine the snow removal policy, and may adjust and update said policy as they deem appropriate. Any adjustments and updates to the snow removal policy must be published in the Sleepy Eye Herald Dispatch. It is the responsibility of the vehicle owner to be informed of snow removal policies and be aware of when a snow emergency has been declared. Failure to comply with the snow removal policy shall be subject to a misdemeanor ticket under this section and/or towing of the vehicle. (Ord. 118, 2nd Series, 1-14-2014)
